You must have heard your elders at home often call out “water is the best kept secret, the more water you drink, the healthier you’ll be!” Have you ever given this saying a serious thought? If not, its time you do. Water is the elixir of your health, hair and skin totally. You could associate with water in 5 easy ways and make it a part of your daily life and here’s how:

Clear water, clear skin:Have you heard/read interviews from the beautiful people out there? They often stress on the intake of water as much as possible. It is one of the best secrets that they’ve let you know of! Drink down gallons of water and a clear skin will be all yours! It is recommended that one must drink down at least 3-4 liters of water every day to help your body deliver its best.

When you drink a lot of water, the process of blood purification and digestion becomes easy for your body organs and thereby all the waste will be thoroughly channeled out, directly having an effect on your skin. The more water you drink the more clearer your skin will be.

Cold water for your hair: It is scientifically true that washing your water with cold hair adds some shine to it. The reason being, it opens up the pores and lets your scalp breathe. If your health will not allow you to rinse your hair with cold water, then here’s what you can do. Continue your bath in warm/hot water and use a cup of cold water lastly to rinse your hair. Doing so will also open up your pores and give you the shine instantly.

First sip water, and then start your day: It is true that water will gush away all the toxins in your body. Early morning, the first thing to start your day with should be a glass of water. All the food you had the previous night and all the toxins that have deposited in your skin will get gushes away when you start your day by drinking at least 2 glasses of water.
