Hair Growth Tips for Men

1. The henna magic

Boil a cup of mustard oil and a handful of fresh henna leaves. Cool the concoction and apply the oil to all your bald spots or massage it throughout your scalp. Do this at least thrice a week and you’ll see a full head of hair, very soon.

2. Hot oil massage

For faster hair growth, be regular and consistent with your hot oil massages. Have a massage specialist over to your place or drop by to a salon near you and get a hot oil massage done. You can choose coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil or almond oil according to your liking. You can also use a concoction of these oils and enter into the trusted world of aroma oils. Use a drop of concentrated aroma oil like the ylang yalng, germanium, avocado etc. and see your hair growing back like a miracle!

3. The potent potatoes

You must be a crazy fan of potatoes that are spicy and yummy. It’s time to use your favorite veggie for your balding problem as well. Cut a whole potato into 2 halves and rub the juice on the spots of hair thinning and hair loss. Leave the juice in for at least half an hour and wash of your hair with luke warm water and a regular mild shampoo. You could also prefer to peel, grate and grind the potatoes and add a dollop of olive oil or honey to the concoction before you rub it onto your scalp. Customize it as you wish!

4. The onion mantra

Onions are the new word of hair growth now. Peel an onion or a few shallots (Whichever is available in your kitchen). Chop them into smaller pieces and grind it into a fine paste in your blender. You could add water for the right consistency. Once done, use a strainer and squeeze out the juice of the paste. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to the juice and rub this on your scalp. Give yourself a relaxing massage for 5 minutes; leave the juice on for at least half an hour before you wash it out. You might have to double shampoo your hair to get rid of the onion smell.

5. You are what you eat

This famous quote applies to your hair health too. So here is the regular stuff you’ve been hearing about good food and nutrition. Pamper yourself with green veggies and fruits and make yourself a wonderful salad whenever you have the temptation to snack. Include more of avocados, nuts, spinach and protein shakes in your diet. Munch on dates when possible and keep up your iron levels every time.

You can also prefer to have vitamin supplements along with a healthy food regimen. Biotin is the vitamin that doctors usually recommend. Consult your dermatologist or trichologist and get your vitamins prescribed. Be consistent with them and they’ll help you abundantly to grow back all the hair you lost, or even to maintain a healthy hair forever.
