Having 1 teaspoon-1tablespoon of ghee on a daily basis (either directly or in your food) will benefit your health in innumerable ways.
  • Constipation is one such disorder which can be purely and thoroughly rectified with the help of ghee. All you have to do is, indulge yourself into ‘ghee eating’. Your first diet after brushing in the morning will be 1-2 teaspoons of ghee. Once you do this, keep yourself away from breakfast or any other morning food until at least 40 minutes. Follow this for a week regularly, and you will find an instant change in your bowel movements—in fact, a week is more than enough to rectify your struggles. Try it!
  • Hydration is pretty important: You must have known by this time that there is no better fluid than water. Though it helps your body in a number of ways (in fact, major ways), constipation is one struggle you could get away with, if you properly indulge yourself in hydrating your body. It is essential to drink at least 15 glasses of water per day, no matter how busy or forgetful you are. If not for you, who else will take care of your body—set a reminder to drink water and hydrate yourself.
  • Fruits for no constipation: Papaya and guava are the fruits for relief from constipation. Instead of unhealthy snacks, try popping in a few pieces of papaya or guava during your snacking time and keep constipation at bay. These fruits contain a lot of fiber content, which is your natural laxative.
  • Say no to artificial laxatives: Do not get involved in sticking onto a laxative every day. These chemicals will make your intestines so addictive and dependent on them, that you cannot do away with them. Instead try including a lot veggie salads and fruits in your diet, which will do you a lot more good than what you can ever imagine!
  •  Exercise and stay free of problems
  • Exercise and stay free of problems: Like how keeping yourself fit will benefit you in a lot of ways, it will help you in getting away with constipation once and for all. Get yourself walking right in the morning or practising yoga and such bowel movement problems is a word which you’ll never hear of again in life. Walking at least 1-2 kilometers will do you immense goodness.
  • Fiber, fiber and more fiber: Yes, fiber is the natural laxative for your body and there’s no better ingredient than it. An overall fibrous food list includes healthy vegetable salads, fruits, grains and cereals. Fiber is material that cannot be digested, and it acts like a sponge. It draws water from its surroundings, making it swell, which softens stool and adds bulk to it, which in turn helps it pass. Now, you know why fiber is magic to body.
