Hydration is the most essential process for your body. Your body is made up of roughly 60% of water and this elixir of life—water is essential to keep your body functioning. Whenever you feel thirsty, it means that your body has been dehydrated and it needs rehydration. This ideally should not be the case. Even without your body asking for water (in the form of thirst), you must keep refilling the supply for your body to keep functioning.
