1. Fenugreek

WHY?

Fenugreek is the natural trigger for hair cells. When you use fenugreek periodically on your scalp, your hair cells get stimulated and thereby healthy hair is triggered. Fenugreek controls scalp infections and hair fall as well. You can stay away from dandruff, dry and oily scalp if you use fenugreek regularly on your hair and scalp.

HOW TO USE?

  • Soak 2-3 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in curds the previous night
  • The next day morning, grind the mixture into a fine paste
  • Apply it to your scalp and hair
  • Leave it on for 30-40 minutes
  • Wash it off with luke warm water and a mild shampoo

Once in a week

2. Onions

WHY?

Onions contain sulphur which is very good for hair. If you have scalp infections like a dry scalp, dandruff etc. then onions are the treatment for it. If you want shiny hair that grows in no time, use onions on your scalp and hair. It not only triggers your hair growth, but will add up to the shine and healthy hair.

HOW TO USE?

  • Chop one big onion into medium sized pieces
  • Grind it into a fine paste using your mixer
  • Strain out the liquid from the paste and throw away the filtered remains
  • Stir in a tablespoon of coconut oil to the strained liquid
  • Massage the mixture to your scalp and hair
  • Cover your hair with a shower cap and let it stay on for 30-40 minutes
  • Wash it off with luke warm water and a mild shampoo
  • You might have to wash your hair twice to get rid of the onion smell

3. Henna powder

WHY?

Henna has the capacity to transform dull lifeless hair to shiny hair. It will color your hair naturally and more importantly, will help stimulate your hair cells for hair growth. It will also strengthen your hair roots.

HOW TO USE?

  • To one cup of natural henna powder, mix in curd and a tablespoon of olive oil
  • Apply it all over your hair and scalp
  • Leave it until the pack dries up

4. Egg

  • Mix both the yellow and white of an egg

5. Amla and curry leaf powder

WHY?

Both Amla and Curry leaf powder contains a lot of nutrients that are essential for hair growth.   • Stir in a tablespoon of amla powder and curry leaf powder
