6 Easy Home Remedies for Joint Pain

Joint pain is a frequent complaint of the youth and the elderlies today. Buying medicines over-the-counter might give you a temporary relief, but it won’t give a permanent solution to your joints. Which is better? A relief from pain temporarily or a joint repair once and for all?

If you chose the latter, then read through handy tips to supplement energy into your joints and bones. Once done, you’ll never whine about joint pain:

1. The vinegar drink up: Mix in a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in hot water, stir in some honey and drink up this liquid. It will supplement your calcium levels and alleviate your pain.

2. Ayurvedic oils: Massage is an invigorating and relaxing act any day! When you use Ayurvedic oils that are organic and unadulterated for massaging, it may surge through your joints and enrich them. Joint pains will not be your worry anymore.

3. Ginger and garlic: This duo doesn’t come handy in your wonderful recipes alone, but will do wonders to your bone and joint health. Peel and grind garlic and ginger. Boil it in water and make a thick decoction or a syrupy liquid. Stir in some honey and keep drinking this juice for a month. It will do wonders to your pain.

4. Turmeric: You can choose to have turmeric capsules once in a day or add turmeric to your daily food, milk and coffee. Turmeric has the power to combat pain and will alleviate pain from your joints.

5. Epsom salt: Now that all your consumption part is over, add a part of Epsom salt to 2 parts of bathing water and while the water is still warm, make sure you pour it on the points you have pain. Epsom salt has the capacity to take off the pain from you.

6. Cinnamon: This is one of the best home remedies that can help you get rid of joint pains. Make a fine paste of cinnamon. If you have the powder form with you, mix it with water and apply it to the affected regions. Let it stay on overnight and then you can wash it with luke warm water. If you don’t have the powder form of cinnamon, sun dry cinnamon sticks, dry fry it in a pan once and blend it into a fine powder.

Joint pains may be the resultant of various reasons. It could be your work stress or age. If you are a desk person, who continually slogs, your joints might have tightened up and may need a good lubrication and relaxation.

If you follow these remedies religiously without a hitch, you will soon find relief.
