Osteoporosis and rheumatoid are two main kinds of arthritis and joint pain complaints. When the cartilage between your bones give in, the bones start grating on each other. When more medical attention is needed, Ayurveda has prescribed medicines for that as well, with the herbs doing its maximum best to improve your bone and joint health.
