Ayurveda recommends the use of cold pressed and non-refined organic hair oils (castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil etc.) that have to be massaged over your scalp in nice rhythmic touches, so that your scalp is relaxed and healthy. Thereby, the new hair that shoots out of your scalp will prove to be healthy and strong. You must follow an oiling routine at least once a week for maximum benefits.

2. The next on the effective Ayurvedic treatment for baldness is fenugreek seeds. You will have to soak a handful of fenugreek seeds in plain water overnight and grind the whole mixture into a fine paste. You could also stir in a teaspoon of curd for shiny hair growth. Rub this juice on your scalp and hair and let it sit for at least 30-40 minutes before you give your hair a thorough wash. You could follow it with conditioner if you prefer to. Massage your scalp with coconut milk and leave it for 30-40 minutes before you rinse your hair with regular shampoo.
